Ingredients You Will Need:
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened raw cacao
- 1 large avocado
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup of melted coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Step 1: In a food processor bowl, combine all ingredients and process until creamy and smooth.
Step 2: Pour the pudding mixture into a large bowl, cover with shrink wrap and stick in the fridge for two hours. If you’re in a hurry to devour your creation (I can’t blame you!), stick in the freezer to chill for an hour.
