My 3-step dark chocolate pudding is not only Paleo-friendly, it’s also gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free and vegan. How’s that for a healthy, decadent dessert?

Ingredients You Will Need:


  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened raw cacao
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup of melted coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
